Wilcox Park Cottage Facility Available for Special Events


Uses: Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Retirement Parties, Corporate Functions, instructional classes, seminars, outdoor barbeques, meetings and more.


Capacity: Indoor space ideal for 25-30 people. Facility can be expanded to accommodate 45 guests by including the garden area (weather permitting).


Description: Kitchen facilities include stove and oven, refrigerator, sink, counter space and cabinet storage.

  • Two 1st-floor rooms approximately 600-sq.-ft. total, plus a 200-sq.-ft. front porch overlooking beautiful Wilcox Park pond.
  • Private 600-sq.-ft. enclosed garden space with 120-sq.-ft. deck for grilling.
  • Tables and chairs available.
  • Two 120-sq.-ft. rooms and restroom available on 2nd floor.


Hours of Usage: 9am to 9pm, seven days a week.



  • Wine and beer only with permission of Executive Director.
  • Security Deposit required.
  • Renter responsible for cleanup. Dumpster available.
  • No tents.
  • No smoking.



  1. Business/For Profit Groups:
    • Deposit (applied towards fee)     $100
    • Base fee (2 hours or less)           $250
    • Additional hours                          $75/hour

  2. Non-Profit Groups: 
    • Deposit (applied towards fee)      $50
    • Base fee (2 hours or less)            $150
    • Additional hours                           $40/hour
If food is served, there is an additional $35 cleaning fee.
