Summer Reading

Each summer the Library hosts an exciting Summer Reading Club with prizes for reading, extra entertainment programs and craft programs for residents and summer visitors. The theme changes each year. It is open to all children ages birth through entering fifth grade in the fall. Kids entering sixth grade (Middle School) and up may join the Summer Reading Club for teens.  Check out the Teen site for more information.

2008 SUMMER READING PROGRAM BEGINS IN JUNE!

The theme for the 2008 Summer Reading Program is "Catch the Reading Bug." The summer reading program is open to young people, preschool through young adult, with programs, prize drawings, storytimes, and more. Families are also invited to join the Read-To-Me portion of the program. The library welcomes children of all abilities. More details will be posted as we get closer to registration time in June.
