The RI Phil Music School @ the United Theatre is pleased to present a performance by its two summer Jazz Ensembles. The Big Band ensemble will focus on playing music of the 1940s, when that “Big Band sound” ruled the world. The Jazz Ensemble will be focused on playing standards and improvising solos. Both are led by the inimitable Ryan Piccolo, one hep cat if ever there was one.
