Join instructor Isabelle Levitsky in Wilcox Park for a 45 minute guided yoga class. All skill levels welcome! We'll meet near the historic Bandstand (Gazebo). Please bring your own mat.
Post-class we'll gather at Windie's (80 High Street) for light bites, coffee, and chats! This event is FREE and open to everyone but we request you reserve a ticket so we can estimate the number of participants.
About the instructor:
Isabelle is an Active-Duty Coast Guard Officer and engineering instructor at the United States Coast Guard Academy. While earning her master's degree at MIT, Isabelle also completed yoga teacher training in the summer of 2022 and has been teaching Yoga Sculpt ever since. She currently teaches at BarreCoast in Westerly.
