About Martyn Gallagher and REAP:
Marty Gallagher is the creator of the six-step educational course entitled The REAP Program , the creative seeds of which are designed to solve problems and to complete any type of project successfully. REAP stands for the key elements: Reasoning, Evaluation, Action and Purpose.
This motivational program was first introduced several years ago, for Junior High School students and for Adult Education in the Springfield, MA school system. It has also been utilized as a Management /Supervisor training program in many high-level companies and institutions throughout New England, including the Hampden County Correctional Facility, Corporations, such as Spaulding, Smith and Wesson, American Saw and Milton Bradley, in accredited college courses through the Employers Association of Eastern and Western Massachusetts, two Massachusetts Police Academies, Insurance Companies, including Prudential, Monarch and American Mutual, as well as non-profit organizations, such as The Open Pantry and Friends of the Homeless, instructing and challenging Department Heads, Teachers, Nurses, and others to be the best they can be in all areas of life and business.
The author has developed a text book on Creative Thinking and Total Quality Management. The fruit of his program and its principles have been demonstrated, among other instances, by personally contributing to 120,000 lives being saved in the Connecticut Valley as a Safety Officer for a major City, saving over one million dollars on Worker's Compensation claims in a Correctional facility, creating an Employees Assistance Program for a large facility, and taking a wholesale food business from two million to twelve million in sales in less than one year! In addition, Marty was a multi-million Dollar insurance company producer!
