
Join us to explore topics about health and wellness! We'll read books on various subjects including meditation, nutrition, self-improvement, exercise, alternative healing, and happiness.
The Health & Wellness Book Club is a judgement-free space for anyone interested in learning more about improving their lives, and sharing their experiences and knowledge with others. It's a place to swap tips and ideas on health and wellness! We will also explore ways to integrate wellness and well-being into our daily lives
For our first meeting please read either "The Little Book of Lykke" or "The Little Book of Hygge" by Meik Wiking. Please feel free to bring ideas for future book discussions.
