Once a month, the Cookbook Club will meet in the 3rd floor Terrace Room from 6:00-7:30pm. Each meeting will focus on a different cookbook, which is made available for check-out at the Reference Desk 3 weeks in advance. Each participant is asked to bring a dish from the book to share with a group.
This month, we're using Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking by Samin Nosrat. Copies are available for checkout in the 2nd floor Reference Department.
