The library is closed Monday, October 13th for Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day.
Hosted by Dante Society of Westerly, please join presenter Ben Morris, Food Scientist for Del’s Lemonade & Refreshments, Inc. for a lecture on "The Story of Del’s: from Naples to Rhode Island".
Del’s is a staple of the Rhode Island community, thriving in the state for over 75 years. Being family owned, started by an Italian-American family, and with roots back to Naples in the late 19th century, it certainly has its roots in Italian culture.

About the presenter:
Benjamin Morris, a 2024 JWU Graduate, is a Cranston native working in the R&D department at Del’s Lemonade. A lover of Italian culture and language, he’s happy to share the story of Del’s. Del’s is an Italian-American company at heart, dedicated to staying true to its Italian heritage with the product lines while also adapting to the ever-changing American beverage market.
