It is our policy to provide an accessible place for cultural and educational activities. It is our policy to affirm First Amendment rights of individuals and groups to express and hear all points of view, in line with the American Library Association Code of Ethics, II: "We uphold the principles of intellectual freedom and resist all efforts to censor library resources." 

In order to provide equal access to all our users, we ask visitors to follow our basic library rules and policies.
