Propose a Public Program

General information about presenting at Westerly Library and Wilcox Park: Westerly Library and Wilcox Park typically plans programs 6+ months in advance. We receive a high volume of requests and are not able to respond directly to all submissions.  If your program is of interest, a staff member will contact you. Westerly Library and Wilcox Park does not typically offer honorariums.  However, we will consider material needs, size of audience and relevance to our mission in negotiating program fees. All presenters who are confirmed will be required to sign a scope of work.  If there will be payment for services, a W-9 and other financial documents will be required.  These materials will be supplied once the presenter is committed. No admission fees may be charged, no collections taken, and no donations can be accepted or solicited at any program at Westerly Library and Wilcox Park.
