Homebound Delivery

Westerly Library and Wilcox Park is a place that offers equal access to all. We want to ensure that privilege extends to anyone within Westerly, Rhode Island and Stonington, Connecticut who is homebound. This service is offered free of charge to anyone unable to visit the library due to temporary or permanent illness, disability, immobility or otherwise. Anyone wishing to receive Homebound Delivery must be a Rhode Island library cardholder or meet eligibility to receive one.

Details:

  • This is a free library service offered through our organization with the help of our dedicated volunteers
  • You can request specific material or have a librarian pick based on your interests
  • Materials are delivered to your residence and picked up once a month
  • Patrons will be eligible on a case by case basis and contacted after submitting an application
