Notary Services

Notary services are available at Westerly Library & Wilcox Park.

Please call our Circulation desk ahead to confirm a notary is available at 401-596-2877 x930. A notary is generally at hand during open library hours, but we recommend to call ahead to ensure availability of our staff notaries.

Please bring:

• Picture ID and form(s) you need signed
• A witness if required to complete form(s)
