Notary services are available at Westerly Library & Wilcox Park.

All notarizations are by appointment only. Please call our Circulation desk ahead to confirm a notary is available at 401-596-2877 x930, and to schedule your appointment. 

Please bring:

• Picture ID and form(s) you need signed
• A witness if required to complete form(s)*

*Library staff and other library patrons are not allowed to serve as witnesses under any circumstances.
