Do you need some new reads for the beach? Get ready for summer by stocking up on books during the Friends of Westerly Library and Wilcox Park’s used book sale June 23-June 28.
The “Friends Hidden Bookshoppe” will be held in The Pop-up at Coy in Westerly Library. The space will be decorated like an old-time bookstore and will feature gently-used books from a variety of genres.
The “Bookshoppe” will be open during the following hours:
June 23- 26: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
June 27: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
June 28: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ($10 bag sale)
The Friends will also be sponsoring its Pop-up book sales on the esplanade in Wilcox Park every Thursday in July and August, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting.
