Library of Things Donation Information Form

Our Library of Things includes durable, reusable items for tasks, learning, creativity, and play, chosen based on community interest, cost, and practicality.

Reasons for declining donations:

We may decline items that are too large, have many small pieces, are hard to clean, require frequent replacements, are expensive to maintain, or are deemed unsafe for general use (e.g., puzzles with numerous small pieces)
 

Describe the item that you are hoping to contribute.

Is the item new or used? Does it have the original packaging/manual? If used, how old is it?

Does the item need batteries or come with a charger? Are there parts that may need to be replaced periodically?
