About the musician:

Dr. Chen Wang is a renowned concert pianist and international award-winning artist who has given concerts at prestigious venues and appeared in major festivals including Carnegie Hall, the Concertgebouw (Netherlands), Jordan Hall, the National Center for the Performing Arts of China, the Asian Music Festival, the SCIPP Festival, and Musique 21 across the United States, Asia, and Europe. Dr. Wang serves as a United Nations Main Representative and Chair of the Arts & CEO of the Young Global Leadership Foundation, an organization holding UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status (New York). She is also Vice Chairman and Guest Artist of the Australian International Culture Industries Association (Sydney), a signed recording artist with Ivory Classics (California), and a Piano Instructor at Columbia University. In addition, Dr. Wang is an Arts Education Program Manager at Columbia University’s Center on Chinese Education, and a member of the Expert Committee of the China Association for Promoting Children’s Culture and Art (Beijing).
