Let's celebrate our favorite graphic novels! Join us on the last Wednesday of the month to celebrate, the Phoebe and Her Unicorn series by Dana Simpson. Whether you have read every Phoebe and Her Unicorn book three times or you are new to the series, all are welcome to celebrate this beloved series with themed snacks and activities.
Description of Phoebe and Her Unicorn by Dana Simpson from Simon & Schuster: "When nine-year-old Phoebe accidentally skips a rock into the face of a unicorn, she doesn't expect to make a lifelong best friend. But that's exactly what happens when she meets Marigold Heavenly Nostrils—a magical, endlessly confident unicorn whose vanity is matched only by her sense of humor. Together they navigate school, friendships, imagination, family life, mythical creatures, and the everyday adventures of growing up."
Reading the graphic novel before the program is not required. If you are interested in reading the book, place a hold on a physical copy or eBook using this link. If you have any questions or need help placing a hold, please call the Kids Desk at 401-596-2877 ext. 4.
