Presented by the United Theatre, join us for a special Halloween edition of the Michael DePaola Literary Salon & Open Mic, hosted by Jessica P. Wick, for a miscellany of mythic and moving works from invited guest readers to a poetry and prose open mic featuring your creativity, and yes, musicians are welcome. The event will begin at 7pm and is open to all ages. Sign up in advance to ensure you have a slot and let us know what you’re interested in sharing: poetry, prose, a scene from a play, or a song from your heart. This special edition of the event will be held at the historic Bandstand in Wilcox Park overlooking the Poet’s Tree planted in Michael’s honor.
