"What is QPR?"
The simple description: QPR is an evidence-based training that teaches any adult how to recognize someone who may be thinking of suicide, ask the Question directly, Persuade them to let you help them get help, and Refer appropriately. The training may enable you to help save the life of someone you know- a neighbor, relative, friend , or co-worker.
