Please bring your own equipment
• A Yoga Mat and Yoga Props (you will not specifically need any props unless they are part of your usual practice)
• A towel or blanket to place under your mat and one for over your body during savasana
• A Water Bottle
• Sunscreen and bug spray
• A mask for walking to and from your mat
Chelsea, aka Bluebird Yoga, is a local from Stonington. Growing up she was a competitive gymnast and fell in love
with yoga during Grad school as a way to foster a movement practice as well as adding some zen into her life.
