Learn how to create a will with R. Paul Kuhn, Esq.

Half of Americans don't have any of the most basic estate planning documents, including a will and financial and medical powers of attorney, needed to protect them (and their assets) if they're incapacitated. Many of these people are deterred by the legal cost and mistaken believed that those without large assets didn't need to plan. Don't be one of these without a plan. The truth is that estate planning documents do not have to be expensive, and the money spent will most likely save you and your loved ones much frustration and money.
