Ready for a workout that gets results and relieves pain & stiffness?! Get ready to dynamically strengthen and stretch to develop a strong, toned and elongated body with full range of motion! Spring into Summer ESSENTRICS featured at Wilcox Park!

Heather Van Dam is a certified Essentrics Instructor, ACSM certified Group Exercise Instructor and NAFC Personal Trainer. Heather specializes in functional fitness and recovery. Her passion is helping every body move in ways that are natural, flowing and strong. This 30 minute Essentrics/Classical Stretch class is a full body workout in which you will elongate and strengthen all the muscles chains in the body. You can expect to feel more balanced and moving with greater ease which will assist you with your day to day activities and other sports. This workout is for every age and fitness level and is enjoyed both standing and on the mat. It is a barefoot class with modern and classical music. We suggest bringing a mat if you have one, a bath towel and water.

Classes will be held Wednesdays, June 5th-August 28th from 9:30-10:00 am, on the YMCA side of the park adjacent to the park stairs. (Weather permitting.)
