In celebration of Family Fun Month, this month's Craft & Movie Night will be geared towards all ages! During the program, attendees enjoy a film while working on a simple, self-led arts & crafts project.
This month, we're celebrating Library Card Signup Month by bedazzling our library cards or favorite book cover with rhinestones! While crafting, attendees will enjoy the 1996 film Matilda starring Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlman, and Mara Wilson.
Film synopsis, from swank.com: "An intelligent little girl who is neglected by her parents discovers that she has telekinetic powers. Not until a teacher shows her kindness for the first time does she realize that she can use those powers to do something about her sufferings and help her friends as well." This film is rated PG.
