QiGong is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine which combines gentle movement, coordinated breath, and focused intention to cultivate vital energy, or “Qi.” This ancient practice is based on the repetition of simple, accessible movement patterns intended to enhance coordination, improve flexibility and reduce stress. As stagnant energy is released, there is space to welcome vitality. Join Nancy on Thursday evenings for a short (30-minute) QiGong practice.

All are welcome to attend the QiGong only or use this moving meditation as preparation for the seated meditation session that follows.
