This weekly group seeks to provide a supportive setting for practicing breath-centered meditation. Each week we will offer two short sessions over the course of 60 minutes. The first session will be a guided session, to familiarize those with little or no experience, followed by a 20 minute silent session. Free and open to all, no matter your level of experience!

Please provide your own a meditation cushion or pillow.
