Join local author and illustrator Regina Linke for a special storytime of her new book Big Enough, which Publisher's Weekly calls "an organically empowering story of self-determination." Children will find out how a little boy with a big imagination overcomes his self doubt to bring home his family's giant ox, and collaborate with Regina on an illustration demonstration. About Regina Linke:
Regina Linke is a Taiwanese American artist specializing in Chinese gongbi-style painting, an ancient form of brush painting that depicts narrative subjects in colorful high detail. She enjoys writing and illustrating stories that celebrate East Asian folklore and philosophy in a modern way. Regina lives with her family in Rhode Island, in the United States.
