Join in one Thursday each month to find your inner strength.    

In September we will be lead through a fun and beginner level Essentrics workout class. The goal of the Essentrics Workout is to create a balanced body such that the strength in your muscles doesn’t inhibit your movement, and your mobility is enhanced by your strength.

In October we will explore natural skin care routine options.   

In November move through a circuit style exercise session to strengthen your mind, body and brighten your day!

Sessions will be led by Heather Van Dam. She is a certified L4 Essentrics Instructor, ACSM certified Group Exercise Instructor and NAFC Personal Trainer. Heather specializes in functional fitness. Her passion is helping every body move in ways that are natural, flowing and strong.
